After having a play around with the fonts which were going to be used, i finally picked the one i felt worked best with Val. Because me and Boysie like the idea of old meets new, we decided to direct the logo in a crest direction. The resolution turned out to be very nice, however the colour pallet was the next problem on the agenda.
I experiemented with soft tones and dark tones of each colour, but below i have shown you some of the better ones which came out of this process.
I felt the green versions worked well, however during a talk with one of my tutors, they commented on how the colour and the Val typeface together, makes the viewer immediatley think it reads Green. A fair point i thought, so it was back to the drawing board to see what else we could produce.
